Log into PitchVantage web application (where you practice) using Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge Browser. Click Practice button for an assignment, read the assignment instructions, then click Start button to begin practicing.

Go through the feedback and practice again to keep improving. Once you are satisfied with a practice video and ready to submit it for an assignment, click Review button on top.

Sort by Task column. Decide which video you want to submit for each assignment/task and click Submit. You can only submit one video per assignment/task.

Click Yes. If you see the message below, it means you have successfully submitted. Then click Dashboard.

As verification, you should see the submission time for assignments that you submitted.

*To update your default time zone in PitchVantage, click Profile tab on top > Select Timezone.

On the far right side, under Action column, you can choose to re-submit an assignment by clicking the Unlink button then going through the above process again.

Your instructor or trainer may ask you to re-submit an assignment. In this case, a re-submit request email will be sent to your email address associated with your PitchVantage account. Before re-submitting the assignment with a different practice video, you may want to review the feedback from your instructor on your submitted video to understand why you need to re-submit. See detailed instructions below on how to review feedback on your submitted assignment.

Review feedback on my submitted assignment

Once your instructor or trainer views your assignment and provides feedback, an email notification will be sent to your email address associated with your PitchVantage account. Log back into PitchVantage Online Dashboard using Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser. Click Videos then click the video your instructor graded on.

Click Play button to play the video. During video replay, the time-coded comments will automatically appear at the bottom of the video for you to instantly refer back to your presentation.

If you have questions or need further clarification on a comment, click Reply to reply to the comment.

Finally, scroll down the webpage.

  • On the left side of the screen, see the gradings you received based on rubric
  • On the right side of the screen, go through the text and/or video overall comments

Based on the feedback, you can practice more and re-submit your assignment.
