Now log into PitchVantage and start recording. If you still see the error message, contact us for help or go through the list below to troubleshoot other factors that could block access:

-Browser level permission (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

-Close all other applications and browser tabs

-Is browser up to date? Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the browser, then click Help and Feedback > About Microsoft Edge > Check for updates

-Clear cache (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

-Are mic and cam plugged in (external device) AND turned on? Disconnect and reconnect

-Update device driver under Device Manager

-Try a different browser

-Are you able to record yourself here:

-Check your anti-virus software

-Does your mic and cam work in other applications such as Skype or Zoom? If not, hardware might be the problem
