If Camera and/or Microphone are blocked, click the dropdown menu and select Allow. Refresh the webpage.

Now log into PitchVantage and see if you can start recording. If you still see the error message, please contact us right away as other factors can block access too (anti-virus, broken headset, no camera, Mac OS bug, etc). We will find out for you.
