First, click the apple icon on top left corner > Select System Preferences... from the menu. Then click Security & Privacy.
Click Privacy tab.
Click Camera in the lefthand column, then tick the box next to Google Chrome.
*If you don't see Camera or Google Chrome option, please update your MacOS to the latest version (Click Apple Icon > About This Mac > Software Update...) and update your Chrome browser to the latest version (at the top right of Chrome, click three vertical dots > Update Google Chrome). Then open google meet (https://meet.google.com/) > New meeting > Start an instant meeting. A window should pop up asking for microphone and webcam access. Grant access. If it still doesn't work, please contact us for help.
A small window will pop up, click Quit Now. By doing so you are allowing Google Chrome to access your camera.
Lastly, click Microphone in the lefthand column, then tick the box next to Google Chrome.

Now log into PitchVantage and see if you can start recording. If you still see the error message, please contact us right away as other factors could block access (anti-virus, broken headset, no camera, Mac OS issue, etc). We will find out for you.
