Q: Why is it showing an error message of "Invalid Code"?
A: Double check the letters and numbers in the access code (letter O v.s. number 0, etc.). Also make sure you are entering a PitchVantage access code, not the PIN on your receipt. You need to log into your online bookstore account and enter the PIN to reveal your PitchVantage access code.
Q: Why is it showing an error message of "code already in use"?
A: Have you used this code to register for the class already? If you are certain you have not used this code, email support@pitchvantage.com to report this issue.
Q: I'm enrolled in the inclusive access program, but why is there no code after I click to reveal my PitchVantage access code in LMS?
A: If you just added the course, your bookstore need a few days to process the update. Otherwise, check with your bookstore or email support@pitchvantage.com to report the issue.
