For faculty: record live presentation in PitchVantage

Log into https://pitchvantage.com/log-in/ as instructor/trainer.


*Note: If PitchVantage is integrated with your course LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L), simply log into your LMS account and launch PitchVantage from your course assignment page.


Click Groups tab on top > Live Presentations.



Click into a course section. On the live presentation main page, directly drag and drop student name to reshuffle presenting order. Then click Start Live Presentation for the first presenter.



Click JoinPop-ups may be blocked on your device, please allow.



Select microphone and camera to use, allow permission. All three buttons at the bottom should appear in blue. Switch to a different microphone or camera as needed. If you experience echo, use a headset.



Important: Do NOT start recording yet. If the presenter is not ready, click the three vertical dots > End meeting. This will take you back to the main page to reshuffle the presenting order.



Once the presenter is ready, Start Recording.



Pause recording as needed.



Once done, End Recording. Everyone will be redirected back to the main page. Start next presentation.



The recording and real-time comments are automatically saved under each student in PitchVantage.
