First, click the apple icon on top left corner > Select System Preferences... from the menu. Then click Security & Privacy.
Click Privacy tab.
Click Camera in the lefthand column, then tick the box next to Microsoft Edge.
*If you don't see Camera or Microsoft Edge option, please update your MacOS to the latest version (Click Apple Icon > About This Mac > Software Update...) and update your Edge browser to the latest version (click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the browser, then click Help and Feedback > About Microsoft Edge > Check for updates). If updating doesn't work, please contact us right away.
A small window will pop up, click Quit & Reopen. By doing so you are allowing Microsoft Edge to access your camera.
Lastly, click Microphone in the lefthand column, then tick the box next to Microsoft Edge.

Now log into PitchVantage and see if you can start recording. If you still see the error message, please contact us right away as other factors could block access (anti-virus, broken headset, no camera, Mac OS bug, etc). We will find out for you.
